About the database
I have maintained my own records of this nature for many years and as my spreadsheet was getting unmanageable I decided to develop a database. I am sharing my work in progress because I am committed to working in the open. I’m still entering data I’ve gathered over the years as well as updating it regularly with newly published information.
I believe in working in the open and envision a charity sector where challenges, opportunities, and priorities are shared in the Commons. My hope is that sharing this information will help reduce duplication of effort by charities and funders, and drive greater action on environmental challenges while also improving people’s lives across the UK.
Updates and errors
This is a self funded and live resource rather than a finished product. I'm still adding data from my records as well as new information as it is published. The database will not include every connection between social and environmental issues. I fix broken links as I find them. If you spot any broken links or know of sources that should be added to the database, please get in touch - I’d really welcome your input.
